To measure your bust: Measure the circumference of your chest. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust. Wrap it around your body under your armpits, before bringing the tape measure back to the front of the measurement.
To measure your waist: Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the tape to circle your body at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. (If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.)
To measure your hip: Measure the circumference of your hips. Start at one hip and wrap the tape measure around your butt, around the other hip, and back to where you started. Make sure the tape is over the largest part of your booty. Ensuring the measuring tape is level across your butt can be difficult, so we suggest you do it in front of a mirror.

Shipping is currently free for US orders over $50, and we also offer expedited shipping speeds of two-day and overnight shipping for an additional cost. We ship from our USA warehouse to your doorstep. You will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your package leaves our warehouse.
Priority orders (2-day, overnight) that are placed before 11AM ET on weekdays (Monday – Friday), will be shipped next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday, with arrival on Tuesday and Wednesday for overnight and two-day shipping respectively. While we work hard to ensure all orders are delivered in a timely manner, please keep in mind that we provide an estimated delivery date provided by our carriers. In unusual occasions orders can be delivered outside the given time-frame.
Currently, we ship to the USA and a limited number of international countries. International orders are delivered duty paid and considered final sale (no exchanges or returns). Please enter your address upon check out to see if you are eligible for international shipping. For international orders, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Choosy to import the goods on his or her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Choosy may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his or her behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
Please note that our US free shipping policy over $50 applies to the contiguous 48 states. Orders placed for delivery to Hawaii or Alaska will carry an additional shipping cost and will be considered final sale. (no exchanges or refunds)
We offer free returns and exchanges within a 14-day window after you receive your package. If 15 days or more have gone by, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. All international and custom orders are considered final sale and are ineligible for refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. All return packages must be sealed securely with tape in order for the refund to be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will automatically send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Please note if you received a gift and would like to return it, the refund will be directed to gift giver’s original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank account and/or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
