We offer women’s USA sizes 0-20 which follow the below chart in inches.
To measure your bust: Measure the circumference of your chest. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust. Wrap it around your body under your armpits, before bringing the tape measure back to the front of the measurement.
To measure your waist: Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the tape to circle your body at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. (If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.)
To measure your hip: Measure the circumference of your hips. Start at one hip and wrap the tape measure around your butt, around the other hip, and back to where you started. Make sure the tape is over the largest part of your booty. Ensuring the measuring tape is level across your butt can be difficult, so we suggest you do it in front of a mirror.

Orders + Shipping
Our styles are only available for a limited time in order to offer you new stylish digs. If you missed the selling window, you may be able to find the style on our Recent Styles page and add yourself to the wait list. We will email you if your size becomes available.
We offer electronic gift cards in denominations of $25, $50, $100, $250, and $500. These are available for purchase under our Recent Styles section.
If you are purchasing the gift card for someone else, please forward the gift card email to the intended recipient.
Shipping is currently free for a limited time. We ship from China to our USA warehouse and then to your doorstep. This process takes approximately 14 days from the time the style’s timer is complete. Once your package ships from our USA warehouse, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number via email.
Currently we only ship to the USA.
Returns + Exchanges
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your item. If 15 days or more have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You can create and print a shipping return label on our website in the Returns Portal (see link above). Return shipping is free for a limited time; since we're still a young brand, we want you to get to know your size without worrying about returns :-)
Please note that gift cards are non-returnable.
Because we offer the latest styles for a limited time each, we cannot guarantee that an exchange in your requested size will be available. We cannot offer exchanges between different styles.
If you’re interested in exchanging your purchase for a different size of the same garment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if the item is available. If the item is available, you'll be able to buy the item online on our Recent Styles page. If it is not available, you may be able to add yourself to a waitlist. The size you no longer want will follow our normal returns process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will automatically send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.
Please note if you received a gift and would like to return it, the refund will be directed to gift giver’s original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank account and/or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We are sorry if you ever receive an item that’s not in excellent condition. If this occurs, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make it right. We will return the item for free and offer an exchange if the item is available.
