Our team is here for you Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm EST. We can be reached by email, text, Instagram DM, and Facebook messenger and always strive to respond within 24 hours, except on holidays and weekends.

Please note we are closed on the following USA holidays: New Years Day, MLK Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve. What's your sizing like? +

To measure your bust: Measure the circumference of your chest. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust. Wrap it around your body under your armpits, before bringing the tape measure back to the front of the measurement.

To measure your waist: Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the tape to circle your body at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. (If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.)

To measure your hip: Measure the circumference of your hips. Start at one hip and wrap the tape measure around your butt, around the other hip, and back to where you started. Make sure the tape is over the largest part of your booty. Ensuring the measuring tape is level across your butt can be difficult, so we suggest you do it in front of a mirror.

Orders & Shipping

What is your shipping policy? +

Shipping is currently free for orders over $50, and we also offer expedited shipping speeds of 2-day and overnight shipping for an additional cost. We ship from our USA warehouse to your doorstep. You will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your package leaves our warehouse.

Currently, we only ship to the USA.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy? +

You can return and exchange items within 14 days of receiving your item. If 15 days or more have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You can create and print a shipping return label on our website in the Returns Portal (see link above). Return shipping is free for a limited time; since we're still a young brand, we want you to get to know your size without worrying about returns.

What is your refund policy? +

Once your return is received and inspected, we will automatically send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

Please note if you received a gift and would like to return it, the refund will be directed to gift giver’s original method of payment.

What do I do if I have a late or missing refund? +

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank account and/or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

What do I do if I've received a damaged item? +

We are sorry if you ever receive an item that’s not in excellent condition. If this occurs, please contact us at to make it right. We will return the item for free and offer an exchange if the item is available.
